Diablo 3 Patch 2.3.0 Is Now Live for PC, Teaks Many Core Mechanics

The development team at Blizzard is announcing that the long awaited patch 2.3.0 for Diablo 3 is now live on the PC, with gamers prompted to download and apply it as soon as they log into the Battle.net client on their computers.



The changes that are being made to the game are extensive and a full list of all the tweaks and the fixes can be found on the official site of the game, with a lot of explanations offered by the studio.
One of the major features of the 2.3.0 patch for Diablo 3 are the new Ruins of Secheron area, designed to offer a new environment and more challenges for gamers to face.
Blizzard states, "Filled with new enemies, traps, and environmental hazards, you'll be able to explore the region and learn more about what befell the barbarians of Mount Arreat. Explore the Immortal Throne and obtain the ultimate treasure: Kanai's Cube."
The artifact is designed to give fans more options when it comes to the evolution of their legendary powers and to the equipment that their heroes use.
Diablo 3 is also getting a new Season's Journey interface to better track their performance in the mode, which is becoming more popular with each new installment.
Patch 2.3.0 is also getting a range of tweaks to the core mechanics, the various classes, and their abilities as well as to some items, monsters and crafting options.

Blizzard has also suggests that it might soon announce that the game mode is also headed to the console versions of the action role-playing game.
Rumors are also saying that the studio is planning to announce a new expansion for Diablo 3 during its coming BlizzCon event, with a new class introduced and a range of other new features for gamers to explore.
