We have moved IP addresses. You're at the old IP address, which will be shut down 1 Jan 2019.
If your name servers worked properly, you wouldn't be here, since the changeover to the new IP address happened early 27 December, plenty of time to notice the address change. You should switch to better name servers.
Reason for the IP change: a failing SSD on the server. Their solution wasn't to clone and replace the existing SSD, which would have been easy and quick (half an hour max). It was for me to spend Christmas day, Boxing day, yesterday, and today rebuilding an operating system from scratch on a new server in a different data centre. Their pathetic excuse: SSDs are not replaceable without downing the entire server rack.
