Download torrents without a tracker?

i am not sure but i think it's okay ,, the download depends on the seeders not tracker ,, for example in some trackers you may start download a file and then it removed from the tracker but it still downloading because the seeders still available ..............

yes, possible to download torrents with just peers and no tracker
but when u first start torrent u need tracker to connect to peers in private trackers [DHT, Peer Exchange, local peer discovery all are disabled]
but in case of open trackers if DHT, Peer Exchange, local peer discovery are enabled u can download with out any trackers
