I have edited our Rules page. Some of the changes include:
-Fixed broken formatting.
-Fixed broken links to other DXD pages.
-Additional rules added/modified to reflect changes in our site features.
-Added a detailed description of, and requirements for our H&R system, including a few changes to how our H&R system works.
-Removed some out of date rules.
