The latest versions of Windows built-in antivirus have recently started flagging some .rar files incorrectly as Trojans, we ask you not to report them.
If you are still paranoid, by all means upload the .rar files to https://www.virustotal.com to double check.
If you have problems unpacking the relevant releases, you need to whitelist the files in question, alternatively temporarily disable the antivirus.
