Rita Wilson attends the Pre-GRAMMY Gala and GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Sean "Diddy" Combs at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 25, 2020 in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The venue is also reaching out to anyone who was at the show and had contact with Tom Hanks or Wilson.
The iconic Sydney Opera House is undergoing a disinfection following a show earlier this week by Rita Wilson, who is currently hospitalized -- along with husband Tom Hanks -- after the couple tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

According to CNN, the disinfection comes as officials try to track down any concertgoers who attended Wilson's intimate performance on Saturday. "The Opera House is in touch with NSW Health and Queensland Health and will be acting on their advice," a spokesperson told CNN. "This includes getting in touch with anyone, including patrons and staff, who may have been in contact with the couple while at the Opera House."

A rep for the Opera House had not returned Billboard's request for comment at press time.

Writing from Australia, where Hanks is filming Baz Luhrmann’s as yet titled Elvis Presley movie, the actor told fans: "Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the Coronavirus, and were found to be positive."

The Opera House -- which remains open at the moment -- said it had already implemented a number of health and safety measures before Wilson's performance, including on-site cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectant.
