SCC in banned country

Scc has banned my country a long time ago and they look like they are going to keep it this way. My question is, if i buy an old account, will it get disabled due to the change of ip? I know you can join with proxy but it can be pretty sloppy and you'll get banhammer if it's not a really good one.

For those who's country was banned by scc, what methods did you use?

There are 2 types of ban: signup and complete. If you are in a country that just the signup is banned you can use the account without any problem (i'm using my acc at brazil).

i m from ban country but still using account as it is signup from the country which is not ban

only u cannot signup from ban country but will use the account

Just signup from server or from any not banned ip and use the account after 3 days from signup

Thanks for the replies, i am from Romania, 2 years ago i signed up using proxy and then i logged in without proxy right away and the ban came instantly. I think that was a poor decision. Maybe i'll try the 3 days method or buy an older account to be more sure.
