鉴于此，为维护本站的规则威严性，经过 CHDBits 管理组内部讨论，决定重拳打击违规转载！
1. 鼓励向管理组举报违规转载的行为，视情报的时效性及重要程度一次性给予 5000 - 50000 魔力值奖励！
2. 对于违规转载行为人，直接封杀内站ID和IP地址；对于发现违规转载行为不举报并且在违规转载站点参与辅助做种的，一经发现，第一次给予四周警告，第二次封杀账号和IP地址！

All these while, CHD exclusive release were uploaded to other torrent sites by irresponsible members who do it for personal gain. While this will greatly discourages the original uploaders to carry on, it brings negative impact towards the reputation of the sites as well as the other members' benefits too.
In order to overcome the situation, the CHD management has decided to take stern measures against these irresponsible members, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
1. Any useful information will earn you between 5k - 50k bonus point, depends on the timeliness and comprehensiveness of the information.
2. Members found guilty will earn an IP ban as well as ID ban. Those who download and seed these exclusive torrents as mentioned above will get 4 weeks warning on first offence. Subsequent offence will lead to IP and ID ban!
