I believe an U2 invite is a little bit harder to get than bakabt
My best advice is try to get it from M-Team, there is something like and official recruitment thread
Don't know about the requirements because everything is in chinesse and I'm to lazy to translate but I believe they're pretty absurd
Anyway, I will send you an pm with the requirements so you can take yourself the time to check them out and translate
