Searching for uploaders for a new private tracker

Hello,
Soon i will establishe a new private tracker and i am searching for uploaders.
My requirements is minimum 1MB upload speed (you can be an uploader without a seedbox, but if you have one, it's great!).
The tracker is going to be a softwares tracker (softwares for windows, macintosh and linux).
