Uncapped seamer Daryn Dupavillon has received his maiden South Africa call-up for the third and final One-Day International against Australia in Potchefstroom. The 25-year-old from Durban has 35 List A wickets in 21 innings, with a career-best of 6-28 at an average of 24.82.

This comes as a result of Lungi Ngidi being rested, Beuran Hendricks being ill and Tabraiz Shamsi not being available for selection due to the birth of his first child, for the dead rubber, Cricket South Africa announced on Friday (March 6).

Ngidi returned a career-best 6-58 in the second ODI, playing a vital role in restricting Australia to 271, which eventually South Africa chased down comfortably owing to a sensational century from Janneman Malan. However, he has been rested given South Africa's impending three-match ODI tour of India due to begin next week.

Squad:Quinton de Kock (c, wk), David Miller Andile Phehlukwayo, Tabraiz Shamsi, Lungi Ngidi, Beuran Hendricks, Heinrich Klaasen, Janneman Malan, Jon-Jon Smuts, Anrich Nortje, Lutho Sipamla, Keshav Maharaj, Kyle Verreynne, Rassie van der Dussen, Daryn Dupavillon.
