BTN experiences data loss, site is expected to return on Friday. (self.trackers)

Earlier today, one of the drives holding BTN's database died. This shouldn't have been an issue because we use RAID1 for the database server's drives, but unfortunately the RAID controller wiped sections of the other disk for unknown reasons. Compounding the issue is that we disabled backups almost two months ago due to performance issues. Our most recent backup is from February 10th, 2015.
The good news is that .torrent files were stored on a different drive, and as a result, there will be no loss of torrents. Furthermore, we will be able to restore some of the lost data from other sources. Part of this restoration needs to be done manually, and thus cannot begin until the site is back up. Staff will spend Wednesday and Thursday working as quickly as humanly possible to ready the site for our members. Barring any complications, we hope to complete the restoration process and be back up and running by Friday. We expect to restore the following:
Accounts registered between February 10th and today.
Class promotions.
Uploaded torrents and who uploaded them.
Enabled/disabled status for all accounts.
It will not be possible to restore the following:
Snatches.
Data transfer.
Bonus points.
Forum posts.
Torrent MediaInfo.
Email and password changes.
We are deeply sorry for the lost data and ask for your patience as we work through this difficult period. After we have the site back up, we will be determining a method to recompense the affected users.
