TheGeek provides few books about gardening as far as I know.

Myanonamouse Has some good Ebooks Bout Environment. ScienceHD is good for documentaries.

All E-learning tracckers has some books or docu about your field of study but there is no tracker that is only specialized in that sort of thing.
