由开站以来，不少会员都询问关于连接网站的问题 现作出汇总，解答各位的疑问。
1. 我使用的系统是XP，为什么不能用IE Chrome登陆网站，反而Firefox可以？
主站现在只允许HTTPS(加密)方式连接。SSL证书已于今天(10/18)升级，xp系统的用户现可正常使用chrome、IE等浏览器浏览网站。
但是，我们仍然建议会员们尽早升级至win7系统或以上。
2. 我使用的是内网/移动/长城/鹏博士的网络，为什么下载不了？
下载不了种子：请先确保你的网络是否正确的把 hdchina.club 这个域名解析到

下载不了文件：移动/长城/鹏博士网络的连通性相比电信联通要差。因此就好像别人敲你门 想拿钥匙打开你的门 但无奈钥匙孔(移动以及部分二级宽带商在国内的交互瓶颈)比钥匙小 因此两个人就无法联通 如果你下的种子有用户是使用移动网络或者国外的用户 那么你的速度就会上去了
部分内网用户由于上层设备限制 无法正常的与外面的用户交互数据 通常utorrent的右下角都会有个黄色的勾 请检查您的路由器的端口转发功能是否开启
如果你是电信用户，打开ip.cn发现上面显示的IP与你路由器所获取的IP不相符（把路由器获得的IP地址复制到ip.cn上面查询显示运营商级NAT），请打电话给电信客服要求分配外网IP。
3. UT或者transmission客户端提示超时怎么办？
把tracker的连接方式换成http

4. 站点为什么是英文？能改吗？
点我 在 "Site language"旁边选择 简体中文 或者 繁体中文 再到下方点击 "Save"即可
5. 怎么给管理组发短信？ 提示“无效的ID”应该怎么办？

6. 我的邮箱地址在几年前作废了，如果忘记了密码怎么办？
请发信件给HDChina.Club@gmail.com 按照自动回复的邮件内容 填好相应信息之后 核对信息后 管理员会手动帮你修改密码
也是强烈建议各位使用1Password来存储本站的密码 避免不必要的麻烦
除非邮箱商停止服务，否则不接受修改邮箱的申请。
7. 为什么使用NAS上的rtorrent会提示被禁止访问？
请碰到此类问题的用户，退出网站，登陆页去掉其中俩项，如下图：
之后下载的种子都是会以http方式连接我们的tracker

通常都是因为下载的种子都是以https方式连接tracker 请使用BEncode Editor手动修改tracker连接方式至http

打开压缩文档里面的BEncode Editor.exe 在左上角按 file->open 选择种子文件后 在announce一项 把 https 改成 http 然后按 ctrl+s 即可

1. My operation system is WinXP, why did I cannot access HDChina? Is it possible to use non-encrypt connection browsing HDChina?
Http is not allowed during this time. However, our tracker is allowed both http & https.
Because of the certificate, you might not able to access HDChina because system older than Vista is not support our certificate. By now, the new certificate has been issued so you will be able to use Chrome and IE with WinXP.
But we still strongly suggest our member to upgrade their OS to Win7 at this time.
2. How to message site staff?

3. Can I change my email address? What should I do if I forget the password and cannot retrieve new password with my email?
Unless your email service provider is closed, we will not allow you to change your email address.
Send an email to HDChina.Club@gmail.com to get the automatic reply. Fill in the form, upload necessary proof and send back the email to that address. Our staff will review for your information and reset the password for ya.
If some of your friend joined HDW after March 2014, and their account is not exist on our current database, there is a chance for them to back to HDChina. Please ask them to send an email to our email （backto"at"hdchina.club）to retrieve the form first. Fill in the form and attach a screenshot of their account information at HDW, attach the invitation email sent from HDW, and use their email which register on HDW to send the email back. Our staff will review the information they submitted carefully and will send a new invitation to them base on their data. The new buddies assessment requirement is
