The top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent are in again. 'Extraction' tops the chart this week, followed by ‘Sonic The Hedgehog'. 'Birds of Prey' completes the top three.
This week we have two newcomers in our chart.
Extraction is the most downloaded movie.
The data for our weekly download chart is estimated by TorrentFreak, and is for informational and educational reference only.

The Call of the Wild and Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) both make a return to the list this week as the interesting items to pirate may be dwindling. But there is at least one newbie, The Lodge, about people trapped together at home, so really, it's a horror we can all get behind.
10. The Call of the Wild
Some actors are born to play opposite furry co-stars. Harrison Ford is one of them, but the CGI motion-captured dog in this adaptation of the Jack London novel set in the 1890s is no Chewbacca.
9. The Gentlemen
Guy Ritchie returns to English crime (after a quick visit to Disneyland to direct Aladdin) with this tale of a cannabis king trying to sell his business while being blackmailed.
8. The Lodge
Another film that will do nothing for the bad press stepmothers get; this one is about a couple of kids trapped in a cabin during a blizzard with their dad’s girlfriend (Riley Keough). It doesn’t go well.
7. Gretel & Hansel
Just a few years ago, this old folklore tale was turned into a superhero-esque fantasy film. Now the story of two kids who meet a witch gets back to its much more disturbing horror roots, looking more like The Witch than The Avengers. That witch they meet is Star Trek’s former Borg queen Alice Krige, so it's perfect casting.
6. Bad Boys for Life
Will Smith and Martin Lawrence team up for a third go as the Miami detectives who are such bad boys they're always finding extra trouble.
5. Bloodshot
Vin Diesel plays another comic-book-hero tough guy. This one gets experimented on with nanotech that can heal his body and lets him shapeshift. If he shifted into Groot it would really be something.
4. Fantasy Island
The old 1970's show that used to run after The Love Boat has had a TV revival in the past, but now it's a full-fledged horror film, courtesy of Blumhouse. Michael Peña takes over the role of Mr. Roarke that used to be played by Ricardo Montalbán.
3. Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn
Margot Robbie returns to the role of the Joker’s (now ex) girlfriend, Harley Quinn, in time to team up with a few other DC Comic’s ladies as they fight to save a girl from the clutches of Ewan McGregor as he chews all the scenery in sight.
2. Sonic the Hedgehog
It pays to listen to the internet sometimes, otherwise this film would feature a far-too-human looking Sonic instead of this version which was reanimated to look like the classic game-style Sonic. It helped make this film a big opening weekend success. It probably wasn’t Jim Carrey.
1. Extraction
A formulaic action flick starring Chris Hemsworth and produced by the directors of the last few Avengers movies, this Netflix Original doesn’t have any Marvel charm, but does have some action sequences to keep you...awake.
