Torrents

Hello everyone. I was wonder about torrents as an issue. Are you supposed to use one of those program called BitTorrent and download movies I mean copyrighted material off the internet? I was wondering because I hear a lot of news about this being illegal and a lot of people are being sued over this. I was just wondering.

its illegal for sure, but you can download whatever you want, as government wont be able to catch you, its damn hard to know your ip and catch you, otherwise government only trying to catch site's owners and not normal users
