鉴于长期以来线上和线下的非法邀请交易日益猖獗，为遏制此类情况的发生，经过管理组内部讨论，我们作出了一个艰难的决定：
即日起，关闭“管理员”等级以下用户的日常发送邀请码的权限。仅在管理组认为有必要的时候，会临时开启一段时间的邀请活动，具体活动内容管理组会提前公告相关会员。
注：
1）邀请价格定为50000魔力值/枚，邀请名额购买权限定为“高烧”等级；
2）每月仍旧会照例发送3枚邀请名额给予“贵宾”用户。
以上，请各位公务人员和广大会员知悉！由此带来的各种不便敬请谅解！
As illegal invitation trading is getting out of hand, we've tighten up the invitation system.
Users below "administrator class" no longer able to send invites anytime as they wish. The invitation system will be made available to relevant members during certain period at the discretion of the admin group. Watch out for announcement.
Remarks:
1) each invitation costs 50k bonus point, only available to "veteran user" and above;
2) all VIPs will receive 3 monthly invitation as usual.
